Notice of Infringement

If you believe content on RankValut infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your contact information (address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@rankvalut.com with:

Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and phone number.
A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
