By accessing or using RankValut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RankValut. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
All transactions must be conducted on-platform. Off-platform transactions are prohibited. Buyers and sellers must follow our Seller Rules and Trading Safety Guidelines.
RankValut charges fees for completed transactions. Fees are disclosed before listing creation and at checkout. We reserve the right to change fees with notice.
Payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. If a dispute arises, RankValut may mediate and determine the appropriate outcome.
Listings must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited items include cheats, hacks, stolen accounts, real-world currency trades where prohibited, and illegal goods.
RankValut is a marketplace platform and is not directly party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
